To set up a credit account with net 30 terms (subject to credit review and approval), please fill out the application form below. Filling out an application is easy and usually takes less than 10 minutes. If granted credit, Purchaser agrees to pay all invoices according to Seller’s terms of Net 30 days. Seller reserves the right to cancel the applicant’s credit at any time without notice. In the event Seller commences litigation or employs attorneys in order to secure payment of any sums due from applicant, the applicant agrees to pay all attorney and/or collection expenses, plus interest at 1.5% per month (18% annually) in addition to balances owed.
