AccentPDIR is committed to respecting the privacy rights of our customers and all visitors to our website. We take this matter very seriously and have instituted policies and proa
- LMI
- All pumps, excluding Roytronic A and AD pumps, and controllers are warrantied to be free of manufacturer defect for 2 years.
- Roytronic A and AD pumps are warrantied to be free of manufacturer defect for 3 years.
- Wetted parts and consumables, such as seals, o-rings, and liquifram are not subject to warranty
- To determine general age of pump or controller:
- The first four digits of the serial number is the year and month of manufacture.
- Example: S/N 13041234567-1 would have been made in April 2013.
- GF Signet
- Signet products are warrantied to be free of maufacturer defect for 2 years from the date of purchase.
- Signet products with moving parts, such as paddlewheels or meter movements, are warrantied to be free of manufacturer defect for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Signet pH and ORP electrodes are warrantied out of box but not warrantied against any post-calibration damage, due to process or application failurs (e.g. high temperature, chemical poisoning, dry-out) or mishandling (e.g. broken glass, freezing temperatures).
- All warranty claims are resolved after a factory evaluation.
- To determine the general age of a Signet product:
- The first 4 digits of the serial number after the 6 are the year and month of manufacture.
- Example: S/N 61304123456 would be made in April, 2013.
- Seametrics
- All Semetrics products are warrantied to be free of manufacturer defect for 2 years from the date of purchase
- All warranty claims are resolved after a factory evaluation.
- To determine the general age of a Seametrics product:
- If prior to 2013, the first 4 digits of the serial number will be the month and year of manufacture.
- Example: 04121234 would be made in April, 2012
- If made after 2013, the first 6 digits of the serial number will be the month and year of manufacture.
- Example: 042013123456 would be made in April, 2013.
- Flowline
- All Flowline products are warrantied from manufacturer defect for 2 years from the date of manufacture.
- All warranty claims are resolved after a factory evaluation.
- To determine the general age of a Flowline product:
- The first 4 digits of the serial number will be the year and month of manufacture.
- Example: 130412-345678 would be made in April, 2013.
- Myron L
- Most Myron L instruments have a 2 year limited warranty.
- All pH and ORP sensors have a 6 month limited warranty.
- All warranty claims are resolved after a factory evaluation.
- The Myron L company is not responsible for damage caused by environmental factors, i.e. exceeding temperature limits or misuse. See model data sheet or operation manual for specific warranty.
- To determine age of the unit you will need to Contact Us and we will consult with the factory to determine the unit’s age.
- Blue-White
- All Pro-Series pumps are warrantied for 2 years from the date of purchase.
- Pro-Series pump head and roller assembly are warrantied against damage from chemical attack when proper tube failure detection system instructions and maintenance procedures are followed.
- All other pumps, excluding rubberized parts, are warrantied from manufacture defect for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- All parts, including rubberized parts, are warrantied from manufacture defect for 90 days from the date of purchase.
- Used peristaltic pumps are not covered by warranty.
- All warranty claims are resolved after a factory evaluation.
- Pumps will be repaired or replaced at Blue-White’s discretion.
- To deterine the age of unit, you will need to Contact Us and we will consult with the factory to determine the unit’s age.
Electronic Communication
- When you send an email to us or visit our website, you are communicating with us electronically. By doing so, you consent to receive communications from us in response. we may communicate with you by email or by updating information on our website. You agree that all notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such information be in writing. All communications with us become the property of AccentPDIR.

- We have implemented a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of employees who have special access rights. When you place orders, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information supplied by you is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and securely stored in our database.
- Unsubscribe
- We want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. If you prefer not to receive information from us, please let us know by emailing us at: custsrvc@accentpdir.com. Type UNSUBSCRIBE as the subject line. Please be sure to include your full name, email address, physical mailing address and specifically which type of communication you do not want to receive. You can also opt-out by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link that appears at the bottom of any email from us and follow the simple instructions to have your email address removed from the list of customers who receive notices of new functionality, products, services, sales, special offers and promotions. Please note that sometimes these requests may take up to 6-8 weeks to be effective, particularly if we are removing your name from postal mailings. In addition, when you purchase from us online we may need to contact you via phone, email, or mail to address questions or issues specific to your order, even if you have opted to not receive communications.
